“The Retreat” – Beniarrés, Alcoy – sleeps up to 12
"The Retreat" is set upon 20,000sq.m of private land, lined with olive, plum and fig trees, which can provide a number of flexible accommodation options to suit our guests. We are very proud to inform you this villa has been built and maintained to sustain a “green” outlook to the environment, reducing its carbon footprint wherever possible. The stunning pool and BBQ area boasts breathtaking views over the Beniarres Reservoir and its situated less than an hour from Alicante airport, nearest town being Muro (7k away). The villa is newly completed offering modern brand new facilities. A truly rural retreat for all. The best location for fishing, walking, hiking and cycling. The rooms have a mixture of both doubles/single beds. Cots can be provided. The Retreat has oil central heating and an open fireplace, perfect for winter breaks. Don't forget weather in Spain is still lovely, well into October/November - Perfect for Autumn/Winter/Christmas breaks alike.
Bedrooms: Over two accommodation floors we have 6 double bedrooms. 3 rooms with double beds and 3 rooms with two single beds in each.
Bathrooms:

• Upper level main house, has one family bathroom with twin basins, bath, shower and WC.
• 1 en-suite to master bedroom with shower, twin basins and WC.
• There is also a separate WC. 
• Lower level accommodation has one shower room with WC.

Kitchen: The property has two kitchens. Upper area boasts a large brand new modern kitchen, comprising of cooker, hob, fridge-freezer, washing machine. The lower level, also has a fully fitted/brand new modern kitchen with cooker/gas hob and fridge/freezer.
Living Rooms: Both levels have large lounge/dining areas. Seating/dining areas are also provided for the outdoor areas. The large lounges are very comfortable, one with a feature open fireplace, sofa´s and large flat screen TVs/DVD players and a selection of DVD´s are available.
Other Info: We also have two blow up double beds, two camp beds plus a large double sofa/futon in the downstairs area for extra bed options, in addition to our bedrooms described above.
We will consider just renting one level (upper or lower) for smaller parties – just enquire!
